In order to help us to evaluate your individual needs properly, everyone is asked to fill out and return a simple questionnaire.

The questionnaire is designed to be simple to understand, whilst ensuring that we are able to ascertain all of the information we need to provide you with the best advice possible. There is a small charge for us to evaluate your needs.

If you have received a diagnosis of an arthritic or rheumatic disease, you will speed up matters by sending in the amount of:

UK - £76.00

Europe - £76.00

Res of the World - £86.00

The fee above includes a small charge for us to evaluate your needs and also to supply your first month's supply of the Margaret Hills Formula and Protein*; you will also receive treatment instructions specific to you along with your package. * Formula and Protein price at April 2009 is £43.00 plus p&p.

For all other health problems an individual programme will be determined. The fee payable is:

UK / Europe / Rest of the World - £50.00

In the unlikely event that the Margaret Hills Clinic is unable to offer any advice, you will be informed and the amount will be refunded.

Payments are to be made in Pounds Sterling. You can either pay online via credit or debit card via our secure payment page or you may pay by cheque via the postal system.
