InterX Therapy

InterX is a modern device that is based on the original Russian SCENAR technology.

InterX can treat both chronic and acute pain, muscular atrophy, relax muscle spasms, and increase range of motion where mobility may be affected.

A single treatment may be enough, or a treatment course may be advisable.  Generally speaking, for our arthritis patients, 1 treatment every few months is sufficient as it has lasting effects, and works as a great boost and speeding up technique for the duration of the Margaret Hills Treatment.

The treatment session involves the practitioner placing the hand held electrode on the area of the pain or quite commonly the spine.  Patients experience a comfortable tingling sensation.  If the area of pain itself is far too painful to touch, equally effective results may be gained from working on corresponding areas of the body.

Notes:

  1. We request that arthritis patients have followed the Margaret Hills treatment programme for a minimum of 4 months prior to embarking on SCENAR or InterX treatment.  This is to ensure a sufficient level of cellular nutrition within the body systems to facilitate the electrostimulation.  We have found that treatments are generally much more effective if the person receiving treatment is also undergoing a nutritional supplementation regime.
  2. Pain can be a symptom of many different medical disorders.  We strongly advise our patients to consult their GP or medical specialist for a causal diagnosis of their pain.
